We create our bracelets with the utmost love and care, but the stretch cord is not indestructible and may break over time. Though, if your jewelry happens to break within 30 days of purchase on our website, we’ll restring it at no cost to you.
If more than 30 days have passed since you purchased your Charliemadison bracelet, we are happy to re-string it for a fee of $8, which covers the repair service and return shipping back to you.
**Once you purchase the repair service, you will receive our Bracelet Repair Request Form via email. Please complete this form and include it with your repair.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT OUR REPAIR SERVICE
1. This is a service offered only for Charliemadison Originals bracelets. We do not repair bracelets purchased from other brands.
2. This is a service only and no kit or packaging are provided by us to send your bracelet to our studio.
3. If you have more than one bracelet that needs to be re-strung, please purchase a single bracelet repair fee only and include all pieces in a single package. There is no need to buy a repair fee for each piece.
4. This service is only for re-stringing the gemstones and metal accents that you send back to us. It does not include the replacement of missing gemstones or metal accents. If you are missing stones or accents and would like them replaced, please contact us first at info@charliemadisonoriginals.com.
