New styles launch every Monday (October 5, 12, & 19) through our newsletter and Insiders Group only. They'll be available at a special introductory price through Wednesday of that week exclusively through a link in the newsletter and Insiders Group. After that, they'll return to regular prices and will be available to the general public.

1. How can I get my hands on a new style at the introductory price?
We will share a link to the new pieces with the introductory price through our newsletter and in the Insiders Group. You must be subscribed to our newsletter list or be a member of the Insiders Group to shop the new styles at the introductory prices from Monday - Wednesday of each launch week.
2. Can I use my Jewelry Reward points or a coupon code with the introductory pricing on the new styles?
Yes! You will not need a discount code to get the introductory pricing from Monday - Wednesday of the launch week. That means you can apply your Jewelry Rewards certificates or discount code to your order.
3. Does free shipping apply to the introductory pricing of the new styles?
Yes, as long as your shopping cart totals $49 after discounts and before taxes, you'll receive free 1st class US shipping on your order. Yay!
4. What if a new style sells out at the introductory price?
We have limited stock on each of the new pieces, but should they sell out during the introductory pricing period (Monday - Wednesday), we will offer a pre-order at the introductory price before releasing the new style to the general public. Information on pre-orders will be shared via newsletter and in the Insiders Group.
